Unfortunately we weren’t accepting cross-overs between fanmade games and the main games (we’d gotten that question before and it feels wrong to go back on that word now). And if this was commissioned, it sounds like it wasn’t an entry specifically made for this funfest so I’m afraid it doesn’t count.

1st: BossCrafty
This is such a charming combination of cute Mother 1 style visuals and a rendition of “All That I Needed Was You” with the Mother 3 soundfont. I can’t imagine the DCMC would pass up the chance to perform at the Live House, and this was a wonderful depiction of the band as the life of the party. Thank you so much for your submission!
Honorable Mention: PKBeats
Even though this song didn’t qualify for the event’s theme, it is a fantastic example of a universe defying remix and an excellent composition all around. Using the Mother 3 soundfonts effectively seems like quite the challenge, rarely do I hear it accomplished with such grace and obvious skill. Thank you for taking the time to submit, this was a joy to listen to!
