I can barely the sounds over the sound effects but it sounds very much like it.
The gurgling type trickle that goes on reminds of the sound.

I… don’t have it.
Every time I look it up It’s some British guy showing off the OST.
I saw the sound effects on a SOM forum but didn’t know how to download it.

…Huh. It didn’t sound that way to me, but I actually know what you’re talking about. The sound effect when you defeat a Buzz Bee, for instance? That always sounded more like wood banging on wood to me, such as a pile of lumber being tossed onto more lumber, but it did have a similar clicking to it… Maybe it sounds a bit different on one of the remakes? Perhaps it got remastered oddly in one version?

…I was able to find a soundbyte online for “skeleton fall” from the SNES version on an old Seiken forum, and while it doesn’t sound as deep, fast, or clicky as I remember, is this the sound effect you were looking for?

Edit: you’d have to speed it up and play it more than once to really get that Perry the Platypus sound, I think.

I guess it was just the music blaring on my tv I guess.
Those clicks at the end sound just like it tho
