I’m probably not going to watch the show. It looks really good, but I’ve already read the graphic novel series. I would’ve rather had them make a new show and new story using the shows animation style.

Saw the show, then saw the movie, then read books. And after playing a bit of the game as well as putting some of the OST on my music playlist, I can say I am MAAAAAAAAAYBE a fan of the franchise.

I just finished the anime last night, and hooo boy I actually really loved it. When I was younger (aka in middle school), I had seen the movie but didn’t really like it? I’m honestly not entirely sure why, I was just not enough of a nerd back in 6th grade I guess. However now that I am much more committed to video games I really love it. Since then I’ve re watched the anime and I’m interested in playing the game too, perhaps for Christmas, we’ll see.
