Hiya, first time I’ve bought fangamer merch and I am very pleased with how all there products look so this may not be the last time I’m buying something. However I keep hearing rumors how fast people have been getting their orders and I’ve been waiting 4 days so far. Sorry to sound impatient but could it just possibly be still in the process of being shipped out?

Bought EarthBound during Steam Summer Sale. Twice.

SYLUX, in my experience, items can take anywhere between a couple of days and a week or so to get shipped, probably based on how busy the office happens to be at any given time. I suspect that right now they’re still getting hammered from holiday orders, so give them a few more days. You’ll probably be seeing your goodies pretty soon!

vid speaks wisely! We’ve been slammed with way more orders than we expected during our holiday break, so we’re just now catching up with the last of the orders placed in 2011. Orders placed in 2012 should be shipped the middle of next week :)
