So I just received my Mother 3 Handbook in the mail today and I was super excited. It looked really nice and I was glad to have finally gotten it. So I start playing Mother 3 and i’m using the handbook, and I get to about page 16 and noticed it was sticking out a little more than the others. I flatten the book open and out comes the page like it wasn’t even bounded in the book originally. Well after page 16/17 fell out, 18/19 followed. I then run down to dollar general and buy some glue, come back, and glue them in. Two hours later I check on them, theyre in fine, so I decide to run through the book and check out all of the pages and see if they’re fine. After checking every page, it turns out they’re all fine. So then I just decide to start over from scratch, and that’s when I find the same exact thing was happening to the chapter no. 1 title page (page 9), and every page after that and then the book starts being perfectly fine at chapter no. 1 part 2 (page 21). I’ve tried to glue them back in but they stick out too far and it’s just a huge mess.
TL;DR – Pages 9-18 FELL out of my book like they weren’t even part of the book originally, and it sucks
Gluing them back in makes a huge mess and would take at least 2 days if I did every page seperately and let them dry, but even then it would be hard to glue the other pages in because at that point I would just be gluing each page together, and the pages wouldn’t actually be glued to the binding. So yea, this sucks pretty bad because I was so excited to get this, then I have 6 pages fall out my book within an hour of getting it.
I know that six of the pages are missing from the book, but would it be possible at all if I could return it and get a new one? I’m not trying to come off as rude, because this book is amazing and I hated for this to happen, but this just really sucks. If I can’t get it replaced or refunded, I guess i’ll just have to buy a Softcover becuase $30 is too much to buy it again
