Fulfillment Status: Unfulfilled « Fangamer Discussion « Forum

I ordered a PK Yomega Yo-Yo from the Fangamer store last Saturday, it said it would take 3-5 business days to arrive and it hasn’t come yet. I went to my Fangamer account page to check it out and it says that it is payed for, but it says that the fulfillment status is unfulfilled. Is that why it hasn’t come yet??

If you’ve ever watched some of their FanGamer daily videos, you’d see how things work at the office. They have to manually pack and ship orders, and sometimes it can take a while. Not to mention right now they’re busily fixing all the flawed Mother 3 handbooks.

Bought EarthBound during Steam Summer Sale. Twice.

Satsy and Fed hit the nail on the head, I think. The estimated shipping time is exactly for that… shipping. As in, how long will it take to get from Fangamer to your home. This early in the year, I’d imagine that the office crew are probably still hammering away at waves of orders that came in during and immediately after the holiday season, as well as preparing to ship themselves to PAX East in April. And that doesn’t even account for the amount of time being spent on fixing the misprinted Mother 3 handbooks.

I know it’s easy to be impatient (especially when waiting for some truly unique swag!), but you’ve still got to keep in mind that the Fangamer office is still a pretty small business, and even people who work as hard and efficiently as they do can easily become overwhelmed.

On a different note… be sure to take some pictures when your PK Yomega arrives… or take some video of the sweet tricks that I know you’re going to immediately start practicing!
